Retirement Housing Plus
Retirement Housing is perfect for those who are typically aged 60 (lower at some sites in special circumstances) and want to live as independently as possible, whilst having the reassurance that comes with living in a friendly community, with local staff on site for part of the day.
In addition to this, Retirement Housing Plus has on-site meals and care services (at additonal costs) which are provided based on tenant needs and regulated by the Care Inspectorate.
All health and social care services in Scotland have a Duty of Candour. This is a legal requirement which means that when things go wrong and mistakes happen, the people affected understand what has happened, receive an apology and the organisation learn how to improve for the future. Duty of Candour applies to our Retirement Plus services.
