Rechargeable Repairs

It is important that our homes are maintained to a high standard. 

We will repair most items in your home however, in some instances, you may be responsible for certain costs such as replacement keys, replacement toilet seats, the decoration within your property and the maintenance costs for floor coverings which you have fitted yourself.

If a repair needs to be done because you have been careless or negligent, e.g. flooding from your washing machine or shower, then you may be recharged for the remedial works.  It is important to make sure that you have home contents insurance.  

We may carry out repairs that are your responsibility and then send you a bill for the cost of the work, particularly where it is adversely affecting your neighbours. 

If you are unable to give access after a visit has been arranged but you do not cancel the appointment on multiple occasions, you may be recharged the cost of the contractor's time for the missed call-out.
