Electrical Inspections

We want to keep you safe.

To do this, we need to carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) in your home every five years and every three years for houses in multiple occupation (HMOs).  This is a legal requirement for all landlords.

You’ll receive a letter from us which will confirm the date we will visit to carry out the electrical inspection of your property. 

Please make sure you are at home on the day of your electrical inspection. 

If the date on your letter is not convenient for you, please let us know by calling us as soon as possible on 0141 270 7262 and we will arrange a new appointment.
